I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more ...

„The property has impressive views even with overcast skies, very relaxing layout, and off the busy streets, so its quiet. Ventura is a nice city with everything nearby and plenty to do. We loved being able to pop back forth with all the different events, and the home is just up the hill. We can't coment on the sunsets as we didn't see the sun during our 5 day stay, but we assume it's really nice when it happens! „Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “
