« This house is a charming historic cottage that was remodeled very attractively. It is cuter in person! We had an initial hiccup on check in, but Ed was very friendly and supportive, along with having the issue addressed quickly. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk off the main strip of Main Street. We loved the comfy couch, the spacious kitchen, and the 3 bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with supplies and utensils. I look forward to staying here...

« Location was just perfect for walking around Old Town Cottonwood and visiting near by Sedona. Much nicer than staying in overcrowded Sedona. And local businesses seemed genuinely pleased to greet you and appreciated your business.Neighbors were extremely nice and considerate if their dogs barked and quieted them immediately. « This is a very nice house but a few things that need attention. Fireplace did not work, coffee combo unit was in garage and not working. My wifes allergies were severe due to extremely clogged air filter and no replacements on site. The beds were very comfortable, the house is spacious but was really looking forward to fireplace. « My boyfriend and I stayed here as a get-away for some peaceful relaxation. The home was so great. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and they had a ton of items and cookware that you could need while visiting. The host was VERY kind and welcoming and was quick to message about any issues. The hot tub was the best. We went out at night and watched the shooting stars while we sat in it to stay warm. It was an incredible experience. I'm absolutely saving this property for future visits.10/10...
