« This hotel is what I call a working mans hotel. Its clean-ish. They have updated the rooms and they are cleaner looking. Its a place with a table and chairs and basic kitchen. No frills. I wouldve appreciated no glitter left on the floor but im sure that stuff was hard to get out in the first place. It didnt seem like the floors were even mopped/swept because my youngest feet were black after walking around. However, did not appreciate finding eyelash extensions in my bedding. Im hoping the...

« The water heater supposedly burst so we had no water to take a shower or go to the bathroom. No breakfast because we couldn’t trust the water source. The toilet in our room filled up with brown fluid. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The front door of the entrance into the building is filthy. I do expect some sort of refund as we had to leave to find elsewhere to stay, go to the bathroom and take a shower. »

« The staff all seemed friendly but the place was filthy. We skipped the breakfast based on the fact we didn’t think they washed their dishes enough to be sanitary. The wall behind the bathroom door had human poo on it, and the water wasn’t warm. »

« April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views.
