« I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers. The free happy hour in the evening provides enough food for a meal (which was really helpful during the week of Passover, when everything was closed!), and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly with recommendations for the nearby market. The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the market and just under 20 minutes on foot from the Jaffa gate of the old city. »

« The place is very nice, it is a cathedral dedicated to anglicans so there are a lot of pilgrims, which are very nice and interesting people. The gardens of the place are magnificent so are the premisses.
The staff is nice and helpful; the guesthouse is very well located not far from Damascus gate.
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet and the whole place peaceful. »
