Dear Guest, We would like to understand more about when you stayed with us so that we can provide you with an appropriate response. Unfortunately, given the nature of your anonymous review, we cannot review dates or which room you were placed in, or meet with our staff to do an analysis of this situation to understand why the level of customer service you received was far below our standards. We certainly apologize. It is our intention to provide all of our guests with a fantastic experience while staying with us.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We are undergoing renovations to upgrade all rooms and common areas. Renovations are being done in stages to isolate guests from as much inconvenience as possible. We have recently installed a new coral stone patio around the beach bar and created two sitting/dining areas overlooking the beach providing outstanding views of the Caribbean Sea and some of the Grenadine islands. The pool bar will be back in full operation soon. We are certain guests will love the many improvements that are underway at Sunset Shores Beach Hotel. Warmest regards and safe travels.

Villa Beach is quite secluded at this time of year - but the secret is out and we are seeing more guests thanks to Expedia and the promise made by the new Argyle International Airport that is scheduled to open later in 2015. The beach can become very busy when cruise ships stop in for the day. We are in the midst of renovations and refurbishing our hotel - We hope that you will return so that you can see and enjoy the improvements that we are planning for 2015/2016. We will complete an analysis of food pricing at the neighbouring hotels and restaurants. Generally speaking, our portions are generous and most guests give us favourable reviews. The pricing on our menu is in EC (local currency) and includes 16% VAT. If you would like to message us directly to provide more detailed feedback about staff who were not very welcoming and accommodating, we would appreciate it.
