While the property itself and its location are excellent, the lack of basic maintenance and the total absence of management oversight were unacceptable.Lack of Management Accountability: Despite our explicit request to meet with the property manager to address ongoing issues, she never showed up and failed to make any contact with us. This lack of professional courtesy and communication is highly concerning for a high-end rental.Critical Utility & Maintenance Failures:* Water Heater & Pressure: The water heater was non-functional for much of our stay, cycling on and off and leaving us without hot water in all showers. Combined with the consistently poor water pressure, basic hygiene was a major frustration.* Pool Condition: The pool was neglected and full of debris/leaves the entire time we were there, making it appear unmaintained and uninviting.Insufficient Provisions:* Hygiene & Essentials: The bathrooms were not properly prepared; hand soap was nearly empty in multiple rooms, and there were no tissues provided anywhere in the rental.* Kitchen Shortages: The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking even basic essentials like pepper and steak knives, which made preparing meals at the property difficult.We chose this property expecting a certain standard of service and comfort that was simply not met. We hope you take these issues seriously, as the current state of management and maintenance does a disservice to such a beautiful location.
