Overlooking the Sea of Cortez in gated Cabo Vinorama, Casa del Mar offers space for up to eight adults to gather, relax and enjoy the East Cape, just a five-minute walk from the beach.

Your Entire Villa reservation includes all four suites and exclusive use of the infinity pool, heated jacuzzi, yoga deck, gardens and outdoor gathering areas. No other guests stay on the property during your booking.

Nearly 2,900 sq ft of indoor living space, with air conditioning, Starlink Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom in every suite.

King bedroom, full kitchen, spacious living room, dining/work table and two private terraces with panoramic ocean views. The villa’s main indoor gathering space, beside the pool and yoga deck.

• Spacious Serenity Suite · 580 sq ft
King bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchenette, dining bar, generous bathroom/dressing area and private sea-view terrace near the jacuzzi.

• Intimate Driftwood Suite · 460 sq ft
King bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bistro/work bar and private sea-view terrace—a quiet retreat for two.

• Surfers’ Hideaway Suite · 460 sq ft
Two twins or one king, fully equipped kitchenette, work/dining table and secluded garden terrace with a personal grill.

Sleeping arrangements for one or two children under 12 may be available in Serenity; please confirm before booking.

PRIVATE SPACES, TIME TOGETHER

Each suite has its own interior and terrace. The pool, jacuzzi, yoga deck, outdoor dining and grill areas, fire pit and gardens are shared only among members of your group.

BEACH & EAST CAPE

Walk down to the beach for shoreline strolls, swimming or snorkeling when conditions allow. Nearby surf breaks include La Poza and Punta Perfecta; experience, suitable conditions and your own equipment are needed.

Set between San José del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo, Casa del Mar is a peaceful base for exploring the coast, visiting Cabo Pulmo or dining around La Fortuna.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

A car is needed, and the final approach includes an unpaved coastal road. Stock up on groceries in San José; we meet you at the Cabo Vinorama gate and guide you to the house.

Ice and reverse-osmosis purified drinking water are provided. The villa runs off-grid with solar power and generator support.
