The service from all of the staff was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and our room was upgraded at check in. We especially appreciated Oscar in the Audubon Dining Room, who went the extra mile for us each night.We had to leave early the day we checked out, so the front desk arranged room service for our breakfast. The spa was so relaxing ...

„Es war eig alles sehr gut wenn es nicht so laut gewesen wäre; Man hörte leider jeden Schritt durch von der nächtlichen Party der Nachbarn gar nicht zu reden - aber nachdem ich um 1am dann am Frontdesk anrief hat der Security das rasch geregelt - manche Eltern haben Erziehung leider aufgegeben! Dafür konnte das Hotel zwar nichts, aber es war auch so sehr hellhörig. Schade, weil es sonst gut gepasst hat!“

It was a couple of blocks from downtown and about 15 minutes from the Thornton Gap entrance station for Shenandoah national park, which was a great location for our activities. The host was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Would definitely recommend this house to others! “
