The holiday home is located in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park, 2 km from Lake Edersee in the village of Basdorf in a very quiet weekend house settlement, surrounded by fields, meadows and forest. The 60 m² wooden house is situated in the heart of nature on an 800 m² natural plot with mature trees and a sunbathing lawn. You are located directly in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and only 2 km from Lake Edersee. Shopping is 2 km away and cafés and restaurants are 500 metres away.
The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2016 and newly furnished. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed 180x200 cm and TV or two single beds 90x200 cm and a living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC and can be reached via a corridor. All in all, a house with a feel-good atmosphere.
The house also has its own car park. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace with wind protection and garden furniture.
The property is completely fenced in. Located in the middle of nature.
The holiday home is surrounded by nature. You can reach Lake Edersee in 2 km on a walk through the forest or by bike or car. At the lake you will find a bathing beach with catering facilities. Numerous hiking trails can be reached from the house. Pure nature. Pure relaxation. Arrive - switch off.
You can reach the tranquil village of Basdorf on foot in 10 minutes. It is characterised by its beautiful half-timbered buildings and invites you to take a stroll with its rural character.
