In the inviting living room, you’ll find a cozy double sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.



The full bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing soaks, plus towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer to keep your packing light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetops, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals. A dining table offers the perfect spot for breakfast or a quiet workspace.



Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a coffee or evening drink while taking in the charming city views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, and elevator access for convenience. Known for its welcoming community and laid-back pace, Nea Ionia offers an excellent base for exploring both the city center and the wider region of Magnesia. Within walking distance, you’ll find numerous local bakeries, traditional tavernas, cafés, supermarkets, and small shops, making it easy to experience everyday Greek life. The area is also renowned for its tsipouradika—casual eateries serving local tsipouro (aniseed spirit) alongside fresh seafood meze.



Just a short ride away lies Volos’ lively seafront promenade, ideal for evening strolls with beautiful views of the Pagasetic Gulf. History and culture enthusiasts will enjoy visiting the Archaeological Museum of Volos, the Athanasakeion Museum, and the nearby ancient sites of Dimini and Sesklo, some of Europe’s oldest settlements. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. All guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.



The fee is:



€8 per night for apartments



€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.



Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
