Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt
Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in einem ehemaligen Kloster mitten in der Altstadt untergebracht. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im "Klostergarten" der total ruhig gelegen ist und absolut zur Entspannung beiträgt. Die Hotelangestellten sind sehr nett und versuchen jeden Wunsch iher Gäste zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt sicherlich für fast jeden Gast etwas für den Tagesbeginn zu finden. Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt (bereits das zweite Mal).
Gut: Die tolle Ruhe und Entspannung pur.
Nicht so gut: In heutiger Zeit muss das Internet allumfassend zur Verfügung stehen. Das war leider nicht gut gelöst.
Lage: Direkt in der Altstadt. Man tritt aus dem Eingang des Hotels und steht in einer sehr sauberen und alten italienischen kleinen Stadt (kleine Stadt).

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Ein wunderbares Hotel innerhalb des historischen Stadtzentrums - sogar mit Pool. Etwas hellhörig, aber für uns kein Problem

Lage: Zentral in Volterra, man kann dort wunderbar die schönen Ecken dieses schönen Ortes entdecken.

Super - idealer Städtereise-Ausgangspunkt
Haben im August 2016 dieses Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Toscana-Entdeckungsreise gewählt. Das Hotel ist familiär, der Service persönlich und in allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön. Der Pool ist schön und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet beinhaltet alles, was man erwartet und bietet gute Qualität. Man kann auch im Restaurant zu Abend essen, wobei das Menü wirklich überzeugt hat. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen eigenen Parkplatz. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto sollte man diesen gleich mitreservieren (Extrakosten!), da nur begrenzt Stellplätze zur Verfügung stehen und das Parken in Volterra sonst schnell kostspielig und kompliziert wird. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Gut: Am schönsten war unser Zimmer mit Balkon/Terrasse oberhalb des Pool-Innenhofs: Ein eigener sonniger Rückzugsort, ruhig und mit toller Aussicht.
Lage: Hotel liegt am Eingang zur Altstadt von Volterra. Ausflugsziele innerhalb einer Autostunde: San Giminiano, Siena, Florenz, Pisa, Cecina Mare uvm.
