« This is a fantastic place! The location is perfect very walkable to a great restaurant and shopping places as well as being really close to Baylor. Property was in perfect condition - uber cool and modern. They had it stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of K cup coffee and responded immediately to any questions. We will be staying here again when we visit our daughter at Baylor and I would highly recommend this place. »

« Loved your loft and our days in Waco! Great location downtown, walking distance to everything! Our favorites were Bertie’s on the Rooftop at Hotel 1948, Red Herring’s, The Silos (of course!), Pivovars beer spa (do it!) and Cameron Park and the Saturday Farmers Market. The loft had everything, very clean, great building, well decorated and enjoyed feeling like a local. Thanks! »

« This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property.
