Hale Malia has approximately 700 sq. ft. of living space that includes a 200 sq. foot covered lanai. The lanai and apartment have beautiful tiled floors and tasteful furniture throughout. Hale O Malia will comfortably sleep two people with a queen size bed that faces the gorgeous park-like golf course and extensive ocean view. The kitchen, with beautiful maple cabinets and tiled counters, has everything you need for preparing meals including full refrigerator, electric stove, baking oven, microwave, and general small appliances, like coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Hale Malia also has its own laundry facilities and comes with fresh linens and towels. An Olympic size swimming pool and tennis courts are available across the street at no cost at the Waikoloa Community Center. Just minutes away is the beautiful Hapuna Beach State Park (Highway 19) on the Kohala Coast. This beach was recently named as the most beautiful Hawaiian Beach by a prominent travel magazine. It is this islands longest white sand beach. Anaeho'omalu Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Spencer Beach, and the Waikoloa Beach are also just minutes away.
