« This is the ideal location in Kona. Centrally located and the fact that there is parking makes it a great place to stay. The unit itself is nice and is equipped with everything needed for a stay. However, I personally had too many issues with checkin, ants in the kitchen and no one getting back to me it detracted from the holiday. « The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. « Great location! Good communication from host! I was a little worried about the parking, but it wasn’t much of an issue. Clean and as advertised. Would recommend a larger TV and a nicer mattress. Overall a great place to stay! »

« There was a key code situation that never got resolved. We had to Leave the door unlocked cause we thought if it locked we would be out on the street for the night. Pool was good. Price cheap but the key thing a real problem. Not fancy for sure »

« Absolutely loved this hidden little gems. Property rep was super easy to deal with, great communication and very supportive! Location is ideal, just close enough to water for a great view, easy access to shopping and restraints and the Helle On bus stops are just a short walk away. Overall we are super happy and will 100% book here again! »
