It is easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local shopping centers. The lap swimming pool was my favorite! It was refreshing to start the day with a few laps in the pool. „My family enjoyed the best time here. The condo, located in a prime area, is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Views from the two expansive lanais are amazing. Great memories were made early each morning when my family would gather on the lanai to sip coffee and enjoy the stunning sunrise over Mauna Kea. Communication with the owners was excellent. „We have been to Hawaii several times over the years and absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures on line look nice but it's much nicer seeing it in person. Beautiful place! The owners have done a terrific job with decorating the place, a mixture of modern and Hawaiian. Everything is carefully laid out making the stay very nice. All the beach gear you need is here, and the lanai is so pleasant! We had a great stay and will try to return some day. Aloha!“

„We absolutely loved our stay at Kolea. The grounds and the property itself were gorgeous and had every amenity you could ask for. The *only* thing we would have liked to see is a bigger fitness center. Other than that, no complaints!! This is our second time booking a Kona coast property via VRBO. I cannot say enough good things about Kona Coast property management. They are super responsive and check in with you periodically to see how things are doing. Love love love!!!“

„We absolutely love Hali'i Kai and 16c for our Big Island stays. The resort is always peaceful and serene, the condos are clean and always have a lot of nice touches that enhance our stay such as laundry, extra snorkel gear and beach towels. The pool food and drinks are fairly reasonable compared to other places in the area and the pool itself is always wonderful to catch a sunset at. We are already looking forward to our next visit!“

"Sehr schöne Anlage aber einfach zu gross. Durch die Grösse der Anlage wirkt das Hotel sehr unpersönlich. Für so eine grosse Anlage sind drei ! Restaurants zur Auswahl zu wenig. Es ist eine Zumutung, welche hohen Preise in diesen Lokalen verlangt werden. Dadurch ist verständlich, dass die Gäste in die Einkaufszentren ausweichen. Betreffend Zimmerreinigung, obwohl es sich Hotel nennt und wir haben genug für dieses Zimmer bezahlt, wird es nicht automatisch täglich gereinigt. Dies muss 4 Stunden vorher bestellt werden!!! (Aussage Roomservice) Fazit dieses Hotel: Sehr grosse Anlage, unpersönlich und zu teuer. Kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen !"
