« Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, et la cuisine pas si bien équipé. L'hotel n'est pas neuf neuf. Le reste est très bien. »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« The bar closes at 10. The restaurant won't seat you without a "reservation" even though it's half empty. They probably have a staff shortage but won't admit it. Lobby tables left un-bussed. We had to do it ourselves. Room service, vacuums, etc are left in the hall for multiple days, let alone hours. And those nice, clear shower doors? Accumulated soap scum from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet, which was the most important. Overall, a disappointing experience. »

« The Bidwell is a nicely furnished, clean, well-located hotel with excellent staff. Areas for improvement: the bed mattress was quite soft and/or in need of replacement (or may be perfect for those who like a softer mattress), wi-fi is free but only with Marriott membership (shouldn't wi-fi simply be a standard feature at a higher end hotel, without a loyalty program?), and the shower curtain rod drooped so the curtain kept sliding open resulting in water on the floor. « Bel hôtel, personnel avenant et séjour agréable, avec un rooftop tres appréciable. Le problème, c'est le quartier qui apparaît comme peu sûr. Cette remarque est valable pour Portland en lui-même, un sentiment anxiogène lié a la présence de nombreux drogués qui marchent ou squattent dans les rues. Dommage pour cette ville »
