We were informed the day of check in that the utility room (washer/dryer) was restricted. The back yard was full of overgrown weeds and dirty furniture (including a computer desk)! Unusable. There were 4 cars, 2 boats parked to the side of the driveway and rear yard. I thought someone was there the first time we arrived. The house was not clean. I took pictures of the inside of the refrigerator, inside of the dishwasher and the furniture and sent to the property manager. The listing said there was a pull out couch in living room and an air mattress with linens. There was no pull out couch. When I looked under the couch cushions looking for the pull out, I was grossed out with the dirt and objects under them. I did find the air mattress wadded into a ball and thrown on the bottom of a bedroom closet. There were no extra linens. There were zero kitchen towels. And only 2 bath towels. I went to target to purchase towels and to Walmart for an air mattress and bedding for it. I had asked prior to our arrival what kind of coffee pot was there. Drip or keurig? They replied drip. I found no drip coffee pot but did find a keurig and had to hunt in the closet where dirty, mismatched pots and pans were stored to find the water reservoir for the keurig. I never did find the lid for it. The ice maker did not work in the frig. Had to buy a bag of ice. I rent places via vrbo 4-5 times a year and this is by far the worst experience ever. The house itself is lovely, just not ready for guests
