Enjoy a newly built Wanaka home showcasing mountain views, high-pitched ceilings, and a bright open-plan living area. With a fully equipped kitchen, calming neutral interiors, and a heat pump, you’ll have a comfortable base in every season.

The home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an internal-access garage, and off-street parking.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed

New World Wanaka, the lakefront, and the town centre are approximately a five-minute drive away. The Roys Peak Track car park is around 10 minutes by car, and you’ll be close to trails, cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Starter supplies include toilet paper, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, and basic toiletries. These are initial supplies and may need replenishing for longer stays.

Please note: The property is in a developing subdivision, and nearby construction may occur Monday to Saturday, typically between 7:30am and 6pm. Noisy work is generally avoided on Sundays and public holidays.

Guests have access to the entire home and garage. Self check-in is available, with access details provided 24 hours before arrival.

We respect your privacy and remain available should you need assistance during your stay.

~ Guest Verification & Guest Portal ~
All guests must complete our verification process before arrival. This is completed through our SuiteOp guest portal, where you’ll find property information, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and local Wanaka recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 25 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
