Motel is very close to the outlets area, and easy accessible to Thruway , Rte 9 and tre 149.My room was large with King sized bed , a loveseat , small fridge and microwave and large flat screen tv. The combo locking system for room entrance was confusing and tool numerous attempts and should be upgraded in the future.“

Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I ...
