« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« Your facility is well cared for and your help was fine as well. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK. »

« Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though »

« très bien comme endroit, bon petit déjeuner avec plusieurs choix, le seul inconvénient pour moi, c`est la chambre de bain qui n'a que la douche et pas de comptoir pour se préparer alors on réveille les autres vu que l`évier est situé dans la chambre. »

« The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. »

« Tres bel hotel,nous.avons ete tres bien accueilli et la receptionniste nous a surclasse quand elle a vu que nous etions 5 personnes.Elle nous a mem donnee une chambre accessible pour les personnes handicapees pour le confort de ma mere. Par contre le gps n a pas reconnu cette adresse et nous a fait sortir a la mauvaise sortie. »
