The property location was great, very close most shops in Georgetown. The condition could have been a little bit better, but overall it was very very good and I enjoyed staying at the property and will most definitely be staying there again and would recommend it.

This was a first Sonder stay for me. I did not realize it would be all app based and not a traditional hotel stay. Despite, I enjoyed the experience once I had a hang of the process and app and how things functioned. Great value for what you get and location. I was impressed how smooth everything was and would stay here again thank you!

We booked for 3 nights but checked out earlier for an emergency that we need to drive back to NC so we only used the 2 nights. Sonder team refunded me the 3rd night that we have not used. Virtual agent just asked what reason then refunded me with no hesitation. The room is clean, aircon is so cold & kitchen has complete stuff with fridge. Even used their dishwashing machine. Building itself is hightech coz entrance door uses code to enter and room door too uses code but there is double lock inside of the door for safety of the Guests in case code access is having an error coz we never know so double lock is a smart idea. There's no parking space in the property but we parked just accross the street which is just few steps away. Building is called "Foundry". Its a basement parking not on the street so we feel safe for our car. They have hourly, daily & monthly parking fee. Daily cost is $23. Overall I can say is I highly recommend this property not just the room itself is because clean & has kitchen but because of the price is not expensive, location is perfect too and Staff are so nice. We'll absolutely go back to this property for a DC getaway next time coz we went there for Philippine Embassy to renew our Passport. We're just so glad that emergency here at NC happened "after" our Passport renewal appointment.

A unique hotel. Great location, walkable to several great dining options, the Kennedy Center, the Tudor house , and more. Large rooms with full kitchens and comfy beds. Fairly quiet. A quiet neighborhood except for the airplanes and occasional helicopters, slamming stair doors. The provided white noise machine resolved thisa issues. We plan to return and will probably stay here again in the near future

It’s in a perfect location and easily walkable to bars, restaurants and shops in Georgetown and walkable (if you don’t mind a 30 min walk) to the National Mall/ Lincoln Memorial. We were glad to be staying in Georgetown rather than Washington as Georgetown has a very safe and villagey kind of feel whereas Washington, although safe, is rather more business like. We used the easy to use Capital Bikeshare to get around which was fun and so convenient (nearest rack to the hotel is a 2 min walk away at the waterfront) and it was only a 10 min cycle to all the main landmarks. It’s good to use the bikes to go round to the Thomas Jefferson and Martin Luther King memorials as otherwise it’s a very long walk. Ubers are plentiful and it costs about $18 for a Uber XL (6 people) to the National Mall ($9 for a regular) The hotel was great for our need. As long as you download the app beforehand it was easy to access and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Travelling with 3 young adults (20.21,23) the two bed apartment was perfect (and huge) rather than having to get 3 separate hotel rooms. The bag storage on check out was great and really convenient and the access code for the front door works up until 10pm that day even though you have checked out of your room. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely consider Sonder hotels for future trips.

Although the property was clean and in a good location the customer service at the location was non-existent. I was sent a text when I arrived telling me to let them know if I needed anything… but when I did text with several issues that came up they never responded. I scanned the QR in the lobby only to get a general list of a long list of questions to answer and email back… I didn’t bother. The only person we saw that actually worked at the location was someone from house-keeping that was waiting to get into our room as we left.

Great location in a quieter area of Georgetown. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping within walking distance. Liked that the property is on a quiet street right off busy M street. The location is the best part! The small kitchen area was also great and stocked with enough plates and glasses for little snacks. We were not in the room much. Water pressure in the shower was not great; main lighting in the room not so great but the location makes up for these smaller drawbacks. This property is about a 30-40 minute walk to the DC monuments and museums. The nearest Metro stop is maybe 15 minute walk away. If your primary focus for your visit is seeing those sights, plan accordingly. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder c&o. It's a great location for exploring Georgetown and an easy bus or subway ride to DC sights. The hotel is updated and in nice condition, and we appreciated the spacious 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Communication with hotel staff was prompt when we had questions. We would certainly stay here again when in DC.

I am happy I chose this location to stay in DC; it was excellent. I was able to get around on foot, which I appreciated a lot. My overall experience was mostly very positive. The unit was comfortable enough for my short stay, and although there were some minor downsides, they didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

Great location, a block up from the Potomac River, a block over from the best coffee and cupcakes on the east coast (Baked & Wired), and across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel, Georgetown. Nice to have a kitchen, TV offers links to own subscribed streaming services, there’s laundry onsite,…Only snafu was I had booked one room for our son for just the first night we were there and then we stayed two more nights, but I got a text at 9am to get ready for our checkout on the day of his checkout. Called the customer service line and only explanation was that it was for our son’s room sent late from last night (?). Because you are reliant on the codes working for the duration of your stay, this is a very concerning snafu. Then I got another text, 90 mins later, with the same message-other than those, we would stay there again if they keep the pricing reasonable and commensurate with it being a place to stay with no services.

There was no Shower curtain and bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well. They did end up dropping off a shower curtain in the middle of night The place also smelt like weed when we got there… It was in a great location and everything else was good! Not sure if I’d stay here again

The room was showing its age a bit but it was clean and comfy. The kids loved the free pool table. In terms of location getting into the city centre is an Uber about $10/15. It is directly under the flight path so the aircraft can be loud but I can’t say I heard any between 11pm and 5am. Overall it was good value for money and I’d stay again.

There was a bunch of hair in the shower, right sink didnt drain properly, clothing iron parts had sperated causing it to leak all over my pants making me late to my dinner reservation. Loud banging noises from the street from trucks loading and unloading Saturday night from 12-130am and then a fight at around 230am with loud acreaming causing me to loose about 3 hours of sleep. Not worth the money. I would like to be refunded.
