Quaint Condo Located Next to Capitol Hill. Newly Renovated! This is a smaller sized condo but perfect for resting after a day touring the city.

This unit is city living at its finest. This quite, cozy condo has a lot to offer for its compact size. Entering the unit you will head up a flight of stairs to the condo.

Entering the main living space you will find a Large Smart Tv and couch for guests. All Smart Tv`s have basic streaming Apps for guests to log into their streaming accounts.
Connected to this guests will find a full kitchen and eating area stocked with basic cooking supplies as well as coffee, tea, sweeteners, and spices. This space also provides a full bathroom.

Continuing to the rear of the unit guests have access to two bedrooms.

Bedroom one has a full bed and Smart Tv as well as a door for egress to the back yard.

Bedroom two has a full bunk bed as well as a Smart Tv.

Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.

Guests are permitted to use ONE parking space in the rear labeled `A`. If you will be staying at the property during the weekend, you may utilize street parking directly in front of the property. Please review and obey all street signs to avoid tickets from parking enforcement.

Any excessive noise disturbance caused by any guest on the property (including excessive noise caused outside of DC Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am) will cause a termination of your stay under Airbnbs `Community nuisances policy` which is as follows:

`Our Community Standards prohibit members of the Airbnb Community from creating a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding neighborhood. Agitating behavior and actions including excessive smoking around neighbors or smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited, littering, making excessive noise, or obstructing a neighbor’s access to their homes aren’t allowed. Parties or gatherings that threaten the safety of or disturb the surrounding community are not allowed, regardless of size.`

In addition to termination of stay, airbnb states: `Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules on gatherings are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform.
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $200. While we understand time can get away from us all, our cleaners do only have a few hours to clean, sanitize, and return the unit to the condition it was found in prior to the next guests arrival in a few hours. Late check out puts the next guest check in at jeopardy and costs us addition fees as the cleaner is paid to wait for the property to be vacated. Thanks for the understanding!
