„The property is even better than it looks. It is so much bigger inside than you think. Plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing we couldn’t find or needed. Lots of great touches and very comfortable beds. We even got to watch fireworks from the back deck for Old Homes Day! It was a perfect girls weekend away!“

„Had 7 couples here for a weekend! Chris and Leah go above and beyond in providing plenty of fun amenities, where we felt like we didn’t have to leave the home! Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful front porch, fire pit, corn hole and jacuzzi! Each couple had their own room and bed which was great. Beautiful location, plenty of local options for food! 10/10 Stay, strongly recommend! “

„Lovely home, clean, with spacious, well-finished rooms and AC in each room. Host was timely with responses. Would gladly stay here in the future when visiting the area. A small point- would be nice to have a few more homelike amenities (hair dryer, coffee creamers tissues) and some written instructions about the home (such a WiFi pw) available, however, the host was quickly responsive and overall our watt was excellent. “

„We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again! “

„Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!!“
