„Fabulous stay at this gorgeous BnB with charming hosts. Loved the spacious ensuite room with soaking tub. Breakfast was perfect and the shared living space (with breathtaking Brecon Beacon views) was so comfortable that H enjoyed posting up there for work. Would love to return for a longer (than 2 night) visit and check out more of the hundreds of nearby hikes. “

„I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). “

„The only negative point for me was not having the option to pay all in advance. Due to the card I've used to book ( it was a swiss site then I've used a swiss card ) and taking into account that in the meantime they've taken an advance payment and then back again they've paid themselves the rest with the same card, I've ended paying more than the advertised price. A real shame because the BB is good. “

„We had a wonderful stay at The Drovers. The room was well appointed looking over the garden. Breakfast was amazing, the laverbread and cockles,wow! We would of loved to of dined here when it was a restaurant 💖“

„Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x“

„The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for me and my dog. The owners are very dog friendly which was nice. Breakfast was unusual, being continental, but excellent and more than enough. It is very quiet in the evening, especially sat outside on the communal patio area. I would definitely recommend it.“
