Welcome to our cozy riverfront cabin on the Hudson, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath escape that sleeps 8. Winter here means soaking in the cedar hot tub under the stars, warming up in the dry sauna, and settling in by the wood fireplace or in the private movie theater. The fire pit, hammock, and private dock overlooking the river make it just as peaceful outside. It is a place to unwind, reconnect, and slow down, in every season.

- Bedroom 3: two twin beds plus two twin futons, best for kids, Smart TV (first floor)

- High-quality 100% cotton linens and towels, hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryer

Outdoor space
The grounds are private and right on the river. Soak in the 4-person cedar hot tub or warm up in the 7-person dry sauna, both open all year. Gather around the fire pit for stargazing and marshmallows, cook on the natural gas Weber grill, dine at the patio set, or take the two chairs on the private dock and watch the Hudson go by. The hammock overlooking the river is the quietest seat in the house.

We are in Waterford, minutes from Saratoga Springs and an easy drive from Albany and Troy. Nearby favorites:
- Saratoga Race Course, the legendary thoroughbred track (summer meet)
- National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame, Saratoga Springs
- Saratoga Casino and harness racing, open year-round
- Backstretch tours at the racecourse on race days

You will have the entire cabin and grounds to yourselves, including the hot tub, sauna, movie theater, patio, fire pit, and private dock. Parking is in the home's private driveway.

Pool Availability (CLOSED) for the season
Our outdoor heated pool is seasonal and typically opens in mid-April and closes in late October, depending on weather, temperatures, maintenance, and operating conditions. Opening and closing dates are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Pool availability and water temperature cannot be guaranteed, particularly at the beginning and end of the season. Temporary closures may also occur due to weather, maintenance, repairs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Guests booking in April, October, or outside the typical pool season should confirm availability before booking. Pool unavailability does not automatically qualify reservations for refunds or cancellations outside the applicable booking policy.

Our cedar hot tub and sauna are available year-round.
