The Space:

Welcome to your perfect Finger Lakes getaway! Our large, vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and located in a prime location! We are just a couple blocks from the Watkins Glen State Park, 4 miles from the Watkins Glen International Race Track, only 1.5 miles from Seneca Lake, and the start of the famous Wine Trails. Stroll to Watkins Glen State Park, charming local shops, and great dining—all just a short walk away.



Inside, enjoy a well-stocked kitchen, a cozy living area for streaming your favorite shows, and a game room that’s fun for both kids and adults. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch and soak in the peaceful village vibe. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our vacation home has it all!



Guest Access:

Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes during certain seasons of the year. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms.



Other Things to Note:

We have 2 guest houses that are detached from the main house but on the property which you can also rent out or they may be rented out to other couples during peak season. This space offers one fully stocked kitchen with pots / pans plates cups etc. Two dish towels and 1 roll of paper towels.

We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

One bedding set for each bed, including all linens.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your stay.
