« Convenient location in downtown San Rafael. We stayed twice, two seperate times during the trip. The room we had the first time was clean and OK. The noise from the street below finally died down around mid-night. Second time we stayed the carpet smelled and the noise was even worse from the street. Staff was nice. »

« I arrived at The Vines with no expectations and left completely blown away. I originally wanted to stay at Casa de Uco, but it was booked, and while researching alternatives I discovered The Vines. I’m so glad I did. We stayed in Villa #4 with lake and Andes views, and it was breathtaking. « My stay at the hotel was generally good. The room was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and close to services, which made getting around and reaching important places easier. The level of quietness was acceptable, and the Wi-Fi service was stable »

« Chambre spacieuse, personnel courtois , bien situé »

The waiters are extremely attentive and kind, perfect service. The massages at the spa are a must, the spa personnel is incredibly kind and professional. We had a 30-min horse ride and wine tasting included - both were really great! I can’t speak highly enough of the location, staff, food & everything. Negatives: If you...

« A beautiful place in the mountains but close to the city - a lovely happy stay. It has a gym despite the hotels.com listing not showing that. I wish the listing did show that cos it would have helped me book this place sooner. Also a paddle court. The indoor heated pool isn't big enough to swim, which was a bit disappointing. The water, and the room where the pool is weren't very warm. The staff turned on the air con unit that heats but no actual heat ever came out. The sauna wasn't at full...
