„Oceana cottages are iconic and have been around for years. They’re rustic but charming. Definitely could use some updates but again, this adds to their charm. The location is superb, right on the beach, close to great sightseeing, restaurants. There’s even a bus if you wanted to take it to Provincetown and avoid the hassle of parking. Tons to do in the area. The bed is only a full size, you could easily fit a queen bed which might be more appealing to some couples. “

„Wonderful quiet stay, right on the beach. The neighbors were very friendly, and didn’t treat us like an outsider. Easy to make it down to Provincetown or back toward Boston. This was no big city noise stay….all you could hear were the waves, and the moonlit glow and stars. The house is super cute, with friendly amenities to make the stay better. Keep up being awesome!“

„Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.“

„Overall we enjoyed our time at Anissas place and for the money it was good. The access to the river and kayaks was great and generally they had enough to get by. We left wanting a bit more on the finer details though. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no extra bath towels and much of the house appeared dated and in need of some touching up/repair. „Updated, cozy cottage with attractive, summery feel. Impeccably clean. Looks just like the photos. A bit tight for three adults, but manageable for a few nights. (Perfect for two.) Bed in main BR was very comfortable. Shower was great—plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Window a/c was a bit loud (if you’re accustomed to central air). Overall, very well equipped. „Loved the cottage, its contents, outdoor shower & deck space. Cleaners were there when we arrived 1/2 hour after the designationed checkin time. The owner arranged for a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were not able to use the pool due to maintenance & the beach near the cottage was a good distance to walk with cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc. We ended up driving to other beaches, which was fine. Took a great yoga class in P-town & enjoyed the ...

„This comfortable house is ideal for a biking vacation. It is a short ride to the Cape Cod Bikeway. (If you’re on foot, walk to the circle at the end of Baker’s Drive and follow the woodsy path that takes you right to mile 4 on the bike trail.). The back yard has a shed for easy bike storage. It is entirely fenced in and is a great place for canine guests to run around.“
