Positiv; die gute Lage des Hotel! Negativ; das Bad war neu aber es gab keine Ablage Möglichkeiten für Kulturtaschen, an der Duschkabine Spitze Ecken große Verletzungsgefahr. Das Zimmer war ein dunkles loch, kein Tageslicht, Fenster Ausführung wie in eine Garage,keine Klimaanlage die Luft stank, der Kühlschrank stank bestialisch, hinnen die Fescher waren alle defekt/verbogen, (eigentlich Schrott) Die Türen sehr laut, keine Stühle, kein Tisch im Zimmer, wenig Platz zu abstellen der Koffer. Für mich und meine Frau waren die 6 Tage Aufenthalt im Trinity Hotel grausam und eine richtige Enttäuschung!

Bei einem der Fenster hat die Dichtung gefehlt. Daher war es sehr kühl im Zimmer und auch in der Nacht eher laut. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, hatten wir keine andere Option. Parkplatz unbedingt im voraus buchen (25 dollar pro Nacht). Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis mässig.

Schönes Hotel Zentrums nah gelegen
Dass Trinity Hotel liegt in der Willis Street in Wellington relativ zentral. Zum Harbour sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig geputzt mit vereinzelten Stellen von Staubansammlungen. Leider fehlte dem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Ein Standventilator war in der Zimmerausstattung mit enthalten. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel als gut bewerten.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's helpful to know that there are additional charges for parking. Ours at 25 a night is a deal as it is on site and accessible by lift. The noise and ventilation issues are definitely things to address. It sounds like there are areas for improvement, especially with essential amenities like toilet paper. Hi Donna, thanks for the review. I am disappointed that you weren't aware of the parking charges - we are LOUD about it - 25 for overnight or 28 for 24 hours. We have limited parking and it causes upset when not booked. To eliminate the distress it is clearly stated on all booking sites and in confirmation emails sent directly to guests. We booked a room with a King bed. It had a view and the amenities were good with more accessible Sky TV channels. However the noise from the street was awful with people screaming and shouting till 3.30 am. The rubbish truck came at 5am.The hotel windows are not double glazed and the walls are paper thin. With only 1 hr of sleep that night, we had to request for a quiet room and accepted a more budget room with limited TV channels and a wall for a view. We had a good night's sleep. Staff are helpful which is appreciated. My advice is book a quiet budget room if you want a reasonable night's sleep. I like the convenience of staying here as we can walk everywhere plus easy access to the Inter island ferry.

Really good value for money! Great rooms- modern, comfy- everthing you need in a hotel room- especially when you've got so many dining and shopping options right outside your door. Staff were all really pleasant, helpful and really nice. We will definitely stay again.Plus they've got a roof top bar!!!

Good location, staff were very good but tired looking inside and noisy on the 6th floor due to a hum all night outside (possible aircon unit) also the rooftop bar had patrons up and down the stairs entering the lift. It was a weekend though so should expect that.

Excellent area of the city. All of the main city features were in walking distance. The bonus was it was only a 20 minute walk to the Bluebridge Ferry terminal.

Roomwise' we felt that the property needs some renovation. Our room had several 'little' negatives like a WC seat which needs fixing and the hand' towel ring with part of it broken. Altogether we felt it needed a spruce-up.

It felt like a good base to have, everything we needed it get to was either walkable distance away, or easy to catch a bus or shuttle to the airport.

Great and conveniant place to stay as its in walking distance of everything, the rooms a dont offer very much. We stayed in a studio room but had no cutlery mugs or bowls (for things like noodles) and only had two glasses for the coffee so unfortunately had to out source disposables for the time being. The room was warm and felt safe too

Convenient and good value for money but receptionist doesn't engender confidence when you tell her of an existing damage of electrical switch next to the hair dryer. Receptionist must br retrained to talk with proper customer focus
