Vacasa has falsely advertised the indoor pool was available and sanitized, the entry code was offered. We entered the pool room, and the pool was halfway drained down and a man that works there approach us like we’re intruding when we receive confirmation from our booking. He told us the pool and clubhouse is closed due to Covid-19. On the confirmation only told us about the clubhouse is closed. My kids was looking forward to swimming on a mini getaway and there’s nothing.

Regretfully, the availability of the pool is dependent upon local regulations and health ordinances and can change on a day-to-day basis. The room was very nice overall. The indoor pool was nice but not as warm as I would've liked it. Great location. I did a lot of bicycling to the beach. Great beaches all around that area. Great cable TV.

I paid for three nights and stayed elsewhere. I called, the room i ordered and paid for was not the room i ordered. I ordered king bed and pull out couch. There was a double bed and no living room. The on tv was 15 inches attached to the wall. I left after being there for 10 min and i was refused to be refunded. So I stayed elsewhere

Too expensive
It is a nice piece of property but it was pretty pricey. If you use the clubhouse and courtyard it may be worth it but it does not have anyone on site to ask questions to. If you can get thru to the number they provide they are very responsive. I tried 3 times to call and got thru once. The beds were comfortable and once they came and fixed the shower it was better.

Wellington Manor
The room was decent, but there was a bureau with a broken drawer and most of the light switches did not work. You had to turn the lights on manually. I was also taken aback that there was no one there to check us in. I prefer having someone there to explain everything. When I first reserved the room, the details included free wi-fi and washer/dryer; they might have had the washer and dryers on the premises but they weren't in the room and we weren't provided with any details on the wi-fi. But besides that, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. (The Wellington Manor, Wells, Maine)

There you signed the rental agreement. In the top left corner, there is a home guide link. I hope we can find you a unit more to your liking next time.
