I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. The breakfast was also good but the only downside was the slow service, only one person on in the kitchen for at least 10 rooms wasn’t enough. Also odd breakfast hours of 9-10.45 didn’t help. That said it was a lovely stay. We would go back. »
