« We had a nice time here! The beds were nice, it was great to have 2 bathrooms, the view was gorgeous, and the pools were amazing. We had plenty of space for cooking, eating, and hanging out. »

« Kerri is fantastic with communication. The condo has a great location, pool, and lots of room. It is very spacious for 4 adults and small children. There is a beautiful view from the deck. The trolley is also close by. This was our 3 time and we booked again for 2026. »

« This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook...

« Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly. »

« We loved the location. Very close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance. Not a fancy room, but it had all we needed. Not sure if the AC was in the best condition, but didn't affect our stay. Great area and location within close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. »

« Ce motel est très bien situé et à moins de 5 minutes de la plage. Il respecte tout à fait les photos vues sur le site. Nous y avons passé 4 jours. À compter de cette semaine, les gens pouvaient marcher sur la plage accompagnés de leur chien. La grosse saison touristique étant terminée, nous avons apprécié le calme de cet environnement. Nous recommandons ce motel. »

« Les pentures des fenêtres ne fonctionnaient pas; les ustensiles (cuillères, fourchettes et couteaux) sont fragiles et/ou peu solides; le matelas est bruyant et difforme au centre; il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la maison sauf pour la salle de bain. Cependant le site est près de la plage et la télévision offre tous les canaux de divertissement imaginables. »

« When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel. »
