« Nicely stocked with supplies, good TP, beautiful private space in back with wrap around porch, lots of nice plants. It had a few lightbulbs that needed replacing, and we couldn’t get one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom to work, but other than that it was perfect! »

« Property is real easy to find. However, it's not the cleanest. When I walked through the backdoor to check out the back yard I walked into a spider web they must have almost covered the whole door. There was a broken window pane on the back that hadn't been fixed but the property manager obviously knew about. I'm pretty sure that was dried tomato sauce on the floor when we got there so not sure when the last time it had mopped. Overall it wasn't just super clean but the house seems to be...

« Tanner’s communication was great, always quick to respond. The house was spacious for the 8 people. Plenty to do in the house and outside the house if the weather is nice. Big wrap around porch. I would recommend if in T-town. Very close and convenient to downtown area. We all truly enjoyed the property. ROLL TIDE!! »
