„The apartment was neat and tidy. The location was very convenient to access ANU or city centre. The delay in receiving the check in details made some confusion. The pantry was filled with essentials like coffee, tea and even cereal, thanks for that. Surprised to see one full can of milk in the fridge instead of those 15ml pods. Apartment was warm even when it was -3 outside. Most of all, thanks for letting our little furry friend in.“

„Before even arriving the hospitality and communication were amazing. We decided we wanted to stay an additional night. The Lagoon room was booked out the following day so they allowed us to move up to the Hive room to avoid additional cleaning fees. As soon as we opened the door we were amazed!
