Nos appartements pour week-ends à louer à West Des Moines

« Great quiet community, close to shopping and restaurants. A nice place to stay with great communication! Will most definitely stay here again in the future. »

« The only problem we had was that the sink was stopped up in the bathroom but we just used the kitchen sink. That happens! Nice place. Very quiet and convenient! Would stay here again. »

« We stayed at the Flux apartments in downtown. Our accommodation was exceptional in all respects. Thank you for your hospitality! »

« Good location near shops and highway. »

« Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient. »

« Great location if you’re visiting the vibrant music hall! In walking distance if you don’t want to pay to park. »

« This location does not have a parking area as described. Once you receive your check in instructions you are informed you have to park on the street (there is no room on the street). The room seemed clean, but had an odd odor the whole week I was there. »

« I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was...

« Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

« I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back! »
