« The main lobby was sparkling clean with nice fragrance. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. The fire pit at the back of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good but there were not enough staff and breakfast were not refilled promptly. We found staff to be non-helping. We made 4 requests during our 2 night stay and none of them were resolved. We had 3 rooms and all of them were on a different floor. We requested to accommodate us on same floor but did not happen. We asked for extra towel....

« This place was far from my destination but after arriving in Pittsburgh on a hockey and football night there was nowhere else to stay. Drove an hour to another hotel that I had booked only to be told they didn’t have a room for me, then another 40 minutes to Triadelphia and the staff were kind and welcoming. Got a good nights sleep and drove the hour back to Pittsburgh. The place is a little dated but it worked just fine in a jam and the breakfast was a nice perk. »

« Even though we had a problem with the laundry room, washer and dryers weren’t working probably. Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there. »
