« Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive...

« The sales director was fantastic. She made sure everyone at breakfast had everything they wanted and had more than the standard number of options for breakfast. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful and spotless. I chose a room away from the elevator, so it was nice and quiet. »
