The property was fabulous. It was really spacious with everything you could possibly need. We spent 2 weeks here whilst visiting family and made full use of the lovely pool, amenities building and pickle ball / tennis courts, nothing disappointed. Make sure you visit the Frind Vineyard only a short drive away and also go for a boat trip across the lake, Peachland is beautiful and you are only 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna. We had some lovely visitors out of our window with a family of deer wandering by daily, also saw a very big Coyote stroll past. I could happily have moved in for good.

By day two, the wife felt at home. That means my life becomes peaceful. The amenities building was fantastic and worked very well for my wife and I. I will return to this property again.

Great unit, nice to have 2 washrooms and space to spread out. Lots of kitchen appliances and supplies to make meals, etc. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions, etc. The property amenities (pool, hot tub, games room) were great. Would definitely recommend!

This place is really amazing, great view from the balcony, big window for sunlight, spacial kitchen with a lot of accessories, quiet place and only few minutes drive to Walmart. The most important part is that the host definitely know the kids, a lot of board games and puzzles, we always bring puzzles and board games when we travel, and we were surprised they had many of them, very thoughtful and family friendly.

The property and the area was pretty and the apartment was accessible and easy to navigate. Check in process was easy, parking too. Never did go to the amenity centre. My biggest problem was the cleanliness; for the price we got an apartment that seems like it has only ever been lightly cleaned. We found old trash in the garbage bin that was stained over the lid and down the back of it. Counters were sticky and there was dust and crumbs behind appliances. Shower curtain had a brown stain, ages of dust on and beside the headboards, cups/plates that were left unwashed, mildew spots on shower hinges, someone’s shoes left behind, stuff like that and the cleaner let her self in one day unannounced. The host did mention during our stay that we should let her know of any issues but inspecting a room and waiting for a cleaner to come fix it during the middle of our stay is not our responsibility, we are there on vacation after all. At a glance the appearance of the apartment is nice but when you stay there you notice that the pictures show a beautiful view of the lake that you only get when you go down the road or lean off the balcony, and appliances that are old and worn. Overall I think the place isn’t worth what they charge in its present state.

Everything was as advertised. We were quite happy with the accomodation. We were a little irritated with the lock box as it was hung at the top of the door wjichake tje combination hard to see. We are seniors as well and the hall light was not very bright. Everything else was fine. Wasn't thrilled with the curt and condescending replys to our couple of questions Not everyone processes information the same

A great condo with dedicated parking. The condo is lovely and well maintained. All kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could need for expended stays. Beds are comfy and the layout is great. Remember to bring your pods for the provided K-cup maker or back up drip coffee is also available. The amenity building down the hill is impressive- the pool is wonderful and provides a full resort experience. (Lovely beach towels provided in condo too) Pack some snacks & drinks and spend the whole day relaxing on the provided loungers and taking in the awesome view. If you can, pack a collapsible wagon for easy transport of stuff. Alternatively, there is parking at the amenity building if there are any mobility restrictions. Highly recommend this luxurious feeling destination condo. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed with tons of games/puzzles etc provided, spices/oil/etc. The property mgt is very responsive and provides all details needed. If you have questions, they are on it. Go ahead & book!

We stayed in the penthouse condo #509 - it was beautiful and well equipped. It was nice and quiet. We used the hot tub and steam room, both were nice. We didn’t realize we needed our fob to re-enter the building from the outdoor pool area as well, so we got locked out. Thankfully someone was using the gym and we were able to get them to rescue us! Great location; close to shopping, dining, and wineries. We discovered the best bakery (Specialty Bakery) nearby. The condo board messages around the property sound a little aggressive and were off-putting, but we had a pleasant stay. The only negative thing was that I didn’t receive the check-in email 24 hours prior to my visit as I should have. When I called to enquire the man I spoke with was rude and said they tried sending it several times and it was probably in my junk mail (it wasn’t). Then he said it wasn’t sent because I never replied to any of their other emails - I went and double checked the previous emails and none of them had required a response to any questions. He sent the email during our phone call and my partner and I were able to check in smoothly. So customer service was definitely lacking. Overall the place was great and I would definitely stay here again.
