« This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again. »

« The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room.
I was not happy.
My room might have been an exception, to be fair. »

« Lovely property everything we needed but no tea or coffee. It would have been nice to have made a cup of tea after travelling all day but nothing was provided. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere before that didn’t supply a bit of tea and coffee and we stay away regularly.
Apartment was great but very hot as on top floor and it was July. Fans were provided and windows could be left open as at the top. Staff helpful and friendly.
Close to stations and shops/ Westfield. Quiet street. Would...

« Very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. We really enjoyed the fresh water and coffee available at reception...
