„Extremely clean! (my most important feature I look for). In most areas the lighting was excellent (i.e. bright enough), the A/C and heating system worked great; Wi-Fi was excellent. The area is quiet with lots of trees, but a very short ride to a full service supermarket and some other stores. Although I would have preferred to have more water pressure in the shower, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Knoxville. “

„The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely ...

„Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again“
