« This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. »

« This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. »

« It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. »

« Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and...

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in East Meredith. The pasture adjoining the property with cows was a bonus. Only negative is on VRBO whose messaging system is broken, they know it and haven't fixed it. »

« Wow!!! What an amazing home and amazing views. The views are spectacular at anytime of day/night!! I highly recommend this house. We stayed here with family and friends and watched our boys play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the park. There’s a nearby grocery store, awesome deli with amazing employees, a Dunkin Donut that we went to all the time. « We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. « The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

« We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us.
