Hôtel près de West Ouachita Public Library, West Monroe, West Monroe

« The location right on antique ave was perfect. Our room was beautiful- bed slept great, pillows A+. Owner fixed breakfast and it was amazing. The kitchen is set up with snacks and drinks which was perfect for late night. We loved our experience! »

« We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and stocked! John was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time in Monroe!! »

« This may just be my new favorite place to stay when visiting family. The king suite was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, pillows sufficient, and quiet. The bathroom is small with low water pressure but it contained large bottles of hung shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. There were plenty of towels, extra blanket, and sheets available in the room. I think my favorite feature was the real plates, glasses, and utensils - none of that styrofoam stuff in site! « Staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred to have a second chair in the room so we could both sit comfortably. There was a short, backless bench, so I guess that counts as a second place to sit. The only real negative was access to the hotel could be a little slow because of people needing to turn left onto the highway, just before the highway entrance. The hotel itself was fine. »

« Nice property »

« The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend it. »

« The walk in shower and the friendly staff. »

« No coffee in the lobby :(. Had to buy from Starbucks. »

« Good service!! »

« Did not like cleanliness »

« Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room »

« Wonderful place to stay also very quiet »

« The property smelled odd and needed a deep clean and some updating. Also charging for breakfast, when others have it included is ridiculous. Not impressed with this being a national brand. Very disappointed. »

« I was hoping there’d be more to the breakfast but other than that the stay was good for what we needed! »

« Man at front desk with check in was probably the rudest staff I’ve ever come across staying in hundreds of hotels/ motels over my life. He was mumbling and belligerent, and looked like he’d just been released from the state pen. He would make an excellent video example of how not to do that customer service job. »
