Cela a Ă©tĂ© un tel succĂšs (plus de 63 critiques positives) que j'ai dĂ©cidĂ© de convertir mon autre propriĂ©tĂ© dans le mĂȘme quartier en location Ă  court terme. Ces images sont anciennes et j'ai beaucoup investi dans la rĂ©novation et l'ameublement. La propriĂ©tĂ© est louĂ©e Ă  un locataire Ă  long terme jusqu'en septembre. AprĂšs d'autres amĂ©liorations, elle sera prĂȘte pour une nouvelle location Ă  court terme d'octobre Ă  novembre 2019. Il y a 2 bĂątiments sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, l'un est une maison principale 1600sq 3/2 et Pool Cabana qui peut accueillir 2 personnes de plus et ont sa propre salle de bain et une kitchenette.
À distance de marche du collĂšge Bak (meilleur collĂšge des arts en Floride) et du parc local! La maison a une belle piscine, des arbres fruitiers mangue, avocat. SituĂ© sur un terrain surdimensionnĂ©, prĂšs de tout. J'ai une propriĂ©tĂ© similaire dans une distance de marche sans piscine cabane. Je suis un agent et investisseur immobilier et je travaille dans l'immobilier depuis plus de 12 ans. I rented this home with my parents for four nights and we really enjoyed this place! It was very clean and stocked with almost everything we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Aleksander was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and hang out in the sun, pool, or in the shade of the tiki hut. We spent most of our time at the property there, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only issue we had the entire stay was that we were excited to use the BBQ to cook, but the gas tanks were empty and when we asked, we were told that gas is not provided. This was a shame as we did not want to purchase a new tank for our short stay, so we were not able to grill. This was a minor issue, and overall we had an amazing time. I will be sure to book with Aleksander next time I am looking for short term accommodations in WPB!

This property is a great value for the price! It was just as described and depicted in the photographs. The tiki hut is amazing and really adds a lot to the property. Great for sun lovers and those who need shade. My star ratings are in comparison to other rentals of similar size and price. Lots of pros:Aleksander was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond prior to our stay. We had no issues during our visit.The house is unassuming from the front but inside was bigger than I envisioned and nicely updated. The host provided a lot of extras (trash bags, dishwasher / dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, coolers, beach umbrellas and chairs, even shampoo and conditioner). The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood includes similar homes and most show strong pride of ownership. There is a park with swings at the end of the street and a very small lake. The property is within walking distance to Lake Mangonia and Sunset Park.The pool temperature was perfect. I cannot rave enough about the tiki hut -- we spent most of our time outside.If I had to list cons:The non-stick surfaces of pots and pans are chipped and scratched, but I rarely cook on vacation, so it was fine.The mattresses while not uncomfortable were not as firm as my family likes.I was VERY happy with our stay. I felt we got a very good value for what we spent.I highly recommend spending a day or two at the beach on Peanut Island.

The home and the pool was very nice but, The occupied apartment abutting the pool did not create a comfortable setting of privacy that appeared to be in the listing.For that reason my wife and I would not stay again

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed relaxing by the pool, grilling dinner, and watching movies in the evening in the tiki hut. It was an outdoor oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed. While we ventured out several times for dinner and sights at the local beaches, we were pleased to return to this space. The home was clean and easy to access. The location is residential and backs up to a school. Overall, this is fine, but need to expect the noise during the day. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the tiki hut amenities.

This is such an amazing property and is super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach! The heated pool was a favorite for the kids and we loved hanging out grilling at the tiki hut. House was very clean and included everything we forgot to bring and so much more. Our favorite beach was peanut island which is only a 10 minute drive away. Jupiter dog beach, Riviera beach and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park are very close as well. Would definitely come back here!

House is cute , based on reviews seems to be perfect however the location is very residential. I totally missed the comment of the guy living in the back house so sometimes we felt a little creeped out not that he did anything wrong . There’s no blow dryer in the house so make sure you pack one . Bathrooms soap dispensers were filled with dish soap which we found to be odd . The back yard was the reason we booked it it’s perfect , very comfy however it’s pretty unkept with leaves & debris probably from storm but we had nothing to clean it up with . One side has quite the amount of animal waste assuming cat from size & amount . When we had small remote issues or wanted pool heat on communication was very good .

Location of this home was convenient for all activities in Jupiter and West Palm Beach and close to airport. It was end of July, and with air set at 72 it was still really warm in some of the rooms. Ceiling fans helped. Also, we were unable to enjoy the beautiful backyard due to horrible mosquitos and the pool water temp was warmer than bath water. Would be beautiful in better weatherhelped. Planned a family getaway but wanted to just stay at house and enjoy pool... We never left!!! House was fully loaded with everything you could need.. All I left house was to go food shopping, mind you the house was fully equipped to cook a thanksgiving dinner. Host was extremely easy to contact if we had any questions and had also left a welcome book thay pretty much told us everything we needed to know and some info for some places to go and eat. Host was also able to put a fence around pool which was great for my 2 year old daughter. I highly recommend and plan on staying again and checking out another property they have. If you are looking to unwind and just relax with loved ones and soak up the sun this is the place for you!!! Thank you so much Alex and Yana!

I wanted to get out of town for a couple nights just to unwind and this was a great place to do that. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is very charming and the backyard (which we spent almost all of our time) was great. Nice pool, perfect outdoor seating area with grill, lights, and a flat screen tv. Pool inflatables are a nice touch. We had a great time, thank you!

The property was SUPER clean, stocked with all daily necessities, and boasts a beautiful pool area and tiki hut. Our family of 6 enjoyed the home very much and would HIGHLY recommend to all families of that size. Thanks Alek!!! We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at 'Tiki Paradise'. It was a little more compact than the pictures let on. But we mostly sat out under the tiki hut the majority of the time we were there. The only thing was there was no dish soap for us to do the dishes and the space on the bathroom sinks was not very accommodating for getting ready. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed making the Tiki Paradise house our home base while we visited for Spring Training. The kids enjoyed the pool which came with heating included (huge win) and the adults loved the tiki lounge area with beautiful landscaping and fun lighting. Beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and the host was extremely quick to respond. The only thing that could be improved is having more basic supplies for guests which are standard at other VRBO properties we've stayed at. We were surprised to find out the grill had no propane and the guestbook said we were expected to buy our own propane tank. We also expected there to be toiletries like shampoo and soap - tough to fly in from CA & get in at 11pm looking forward to a shower and find out there are no toiletries. Kitchen could also use additional supplies "pay it forward" style such as cooking spray/olive oil and dish soap. (Dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent were provided.) These little details would have made the stay perfect. Great house and outdoor space and convenient to Spring Training and the beach!

Outside space was perfect - it backs up to a school so at some times during the day it would get a little loud with kids walking the track, but privacy fence helped. It had another renter in back quarters, but never saw them and hopefully we didn’t brother him.

We really enjoyed our stay this past week! There were only 4 of us, but we certainly could have slept at least 3 more people comfortably. The backyard paradise was everything and more! We spent most of our time floating, playing games, and enjoying dinner out back. The property has a grill and everything you need to cook, bake, and/or grill a perfect meal. There is an awesome grocery store-super presidente, which was right around the corner. They had every kind of fresh catch, fruit, and vegetable you could imagine, at such amazing prices. The beach is also close by and there are chairs and a cooler for use, if you don’t bring your own. We definitely would recommend this home for a family get away and peaceful get away. Thanks for a great week! PS- as far as the other comments regarding the renter in the small bungalow next door on the property, we had zero issues. He was very rarely there and when he did come home, he was very quiet and even turned the engine off on his motorcycle before he pulled in the driveway. I’m not sure what the other commenters concerns were, since it was never an issue for us during our 7 day stay.
