The Space:

Located in the popular Sunshine Park Historic District about a 15 minute walk to downtown West Palm Beach, Villa Vogue is a newly built house, completed in 2022. This luxuriously appointed 2 story home sleeps up to 6 guest and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open floor plan between the living/dining and kitchen areas and all new furnishings opening up to the outdoor living spaces. The patio features a dining area and a newly constructed heatable swimming pool (fees apply for pool heating). There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in the queen bedded bedroom.



Villa Vogue is located just 15 minutes walking distance to CityPlace/The Square, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes, bars and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Art, Norton Museum of Art and the Palm Beach County Convention Center are also within walking distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) and beautiful beaches is also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance.

Pet Policy:

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.



Security Hold or Damage Waiver:

This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.



House Rules:

Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.



Same-Day Bookings:

Same day reservations made for this property are on request only.



Pool Heat:

Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
