Your winter escape starts poolside: optional pool heat, pickleball and beach days! West Palm Oasis brings your group together with a private pool with optional heating ($50 per night for the full stay), hot tub and outdoor court, plus room to spread out across the Main House, Pool House and Loft House. Enjoy 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, full kitchens, a pool-house kitchenette and relaxed outdoor hangouts. Sleeps up to 16, with downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach beaches and PBI a drive away.

MAIN HOUSE
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with a large sectional and TV, and an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a six-burner gas range, generous counters and a breakfast bar for morning coffee.

POOL HOUSE
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a queen bed in Bedroom 7 and two twin beds in Bedroom 8. A kitchenette with refrigerator and sink, casual seating and a fitness corner make this a handy retreat between swims.

LOFT HOUSE
A separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the second floor, with a queen bed, living area and its own kitchen. Stairs are required.

POOL HEAT OPTION
Pool heat is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation prior to arrival. When pool heat is purchased, the heater will be set to 85°F beginning the day before your arrival. Actual pool temperature cannot be guaranteed, as outdoor temperatures, wind and other weather conditions can significantly affect heater performance. Swimming pools require substantial energy and time to heat, particularly during cooler weather.

EXPLORE THE AREA
Set in a residential West Palm Beach neighborhood, the property is a convenient base for exploring by car. Browse Antique Row along South Dixie Highway, visit the Norton Museum of Art, or head downtown for CityPlace shopping and dining, Clematis Street and the waterfront. Palm Beach beaches, the Kravis Center and Palm Beach County Convention Center are also within driving distance. This is an inland home, not a beachfront property.

GETTING AROUND
A car or rideshare is recommended for beaches, groceries and exploring. On-site parking is available. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and Brightline’s West Palm Beach station serve the area. Travel times vary with traffic, bridge openings and beach parking.

GUEST ACCESS
Your reservation includes private use of the Main House, Pool House, Loft House and outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, court, BBQ and lounge areas. Laundry facilities and on-site parking are available. Smart-lock check-in instructions are provided before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in: 4–11 PM. Check-out: 10 AM.
• Maximum 16 people on the property, including visitors. No parties or events. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
• Enter your full guest count when booking. An extra fee of $25 per guest, per night applies after the first 10 guests.
• No indoor smoking. Pets require prior approval; please ask before booking with a pet.
• The accommodation is spread across separate living spaces, and the Loft House requires stairs.
• The property is not suitable for children or infants.
• Pool and hot-tub use is at your own risk. No glass or diving in the pool area.
• Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the front door, driveway, alley and street. There are no cameras inside or overlooking the backyard amenities.
• A noise monitor measures decibel levels, and an occupancy detection device alerts the host to excess occupancy.
1. Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Glass is not allowed around the pool, and diving is prohibited.

2. Smoking: Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Any smoking trace will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

3. Save Energy: Please keep doors and windows closed to save energy and reduce AC use.

4. Parties and Social Gatherings: There are absolutely NO PARTIES allowed - please respect the surrounding neighbors and the property. Gatherings of more than 16 people—including both overnight guests and visitors—are not allowed and any visitors that remain at the property after 10 PM will be subject to additional guest charges ($50 per unreported guest per night).

5. Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM and any excessive noise violations can result in immediate termination of the booking as well any damages will be passed onto the guest and result in an additional $500 deep cleaning fee.

If you choose to swim or entertain after 10 PM, please do so quietly to not disturb our neighbors.

Continuous noise disturbances may result in the termination of your rental, with associated fees forfeited. Pool use is at your own risk.

6. Pets: Pets are only allowed with previous approval. Bringing unapproved pets into the house will also result in a $500 deep cleaning charge.

7. Trash: Please leave your trash in front of the porch and segregate recyclable and compostable materials. Pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
