« The Windmill Farmhouse was the perfect spot for our family stay over the long Geode Fest weekend. The interior is filled with comfy furniture and thoughtful touches that made it easy to relax after hiking all day. My son especially loved the oversized cushion chairs! The location is out-of-the-way and quiet, but the roads are well-kept, and getting in and out to Keokuk, Nauvoo, and so on was a breeze! « I stayed in Nauvoo for 5 nights. Two nights at the Hobbit house and three nights at another place. We only stayed two nights at the Hobbit house because it was so much more expensive. If I had to plan again I would spend the extra and stayed all week. It was all on one level, way cleaner, and had a huge comfortable tub. The charm of the place was sensational.
