SHARED LAKE ACCESS
The shared Lake Hartwell access area is approximately a 300-yard walk from the cottage. This is a lake-access home, with no private dock. Two kayaks are available for guest use when lake levels, weather, and shoreline conditions permit. Water depth, swimming conditions, and kayak-launch access vary with rainfall and lake operations.

CURRENT LAKE-LEVEL NOTE
Lake Hartwell is lower than usual, with more rocky and red-clay shoreline exposed. Water activities are condition-dependent. If lake recreation is central to your trip, please ask about current conditions before booking.
