The property is well appointed in a quiet, rural neighborhood; kitchen, (especially) the bed / bedding, towels and great water pressure throughout. « This Vrbo has been housing people since the 1960's, and we're so glad to be a part of this place's history It is truly a timeless home within a beautiful area with great outdoor activites, generous people and good food (we recommend The Hatchery). Both showers (the top floor shower and the middle floor) did have a leak, but our hosts responded quickly to our concerns and addressed them within a timely manner :) »

« This place was a vibe! The sound system was bumpin’ old-school tunes all weekend — felt like our own private throwback party. Hot tub? Perfect. Sauna? Yes, please. The view? Straight-up beautiful. We had plenty of space to spread out, the griddle was clutch for big breakfasts, and the location couldn’t have been better. Already plotting our next trip back! »

« Stayed here for a long weekend with many friends (13 total, all adults). Was a perfect house! Plenty of space, good cozy vibes, ample kitchen. We cooked most meals and there was all of the cookware and dishware we needed, although we kept the dishwasher running almost nonstop!The hot tub unfortunately broken just before we arrived. « Our family had a great stay in Ludlow for a four day ski vacation. Tom and Patti were great hosts and their home is convenient to both Okemo and Killington. The hosts communicated well with us and their place was perfect for our needs (family of 4), clean, and convenient to downtown Ludlow and restaurants. »

« My son and I spent 4 nights 5 days up in VT and thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect size for the two of us, two bedrooms 1 full bath, nice living room with a wood fireplace, kitchen and dining area. We ate in three of the evenings, grilled steaks one night.Communication with Craig was very responsive and informative. I found all the listing information to be accurate. « We had a wonderful stay at this charming, little lake house! We never ran out of things to do - kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking s'mores over the fire... We also visited the VINS Nature Center in Quechee and learned so many interesting facts about birds of prey! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals but there are also several good restaurants right in Ludlow.The 2 window ACs keep the whole house at a very comfortable temp. We're already thinking about returning next year! »

"I wasn't disappointed in terms of value for money; contrary to the reviews, this hotel may no longer have the luster of the old Holiday Inn, but I would honestly stay there again on my next visit to Rutland. The room was very nice, clean, with the expected little extras. The bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, and TV were all very good. And what about the location, which is very convenient, with all amenities nearby?"

"Cet hôtel a été pour nous une très belle découverte. Accueil très sympathique, quelques bons conseils sur les restaurants. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais elle était propre. Et les lits étaient confortables. On a apprécié la machine à café dans la chambre. Seul bémol : à 4 personnes, il y faisait vite chaud. On a aussi apprécié les chaises autour du brasero sur la terrasse à l'arrière de l'hôtel : c'était très agréable pour un petit apéro en famille. Nous nous sommes également bien amusés avec le jeu mis à disposition !! Autour, de bons restaurants typiques à découvrir et de belles randonnées à faire. Nous reviendrons sûrement à Killington. Et ce sera probablement à Après Inn !!!!"
