Hôtel près de Whiskey River Pub and Grill, Rochester, Rochester

« Idéalement situé, petit déjeuner vraiment bon avec oeuf , bacon , crêpes et même des biscuits avec le gravy , fruits , gruaux etc . Personnel de l'hôtel sympathique surtout la charmante madame au petit dejeuner. Installation très propre, parfait pour êtres de passage en familles . »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Beautiful! Nothing to say! »

« Beautiful new hotel, very welcoming staff, except that the room was not clean a lot of dust on the fridge, table and shower not washing with germs. »

« Great stay »

« Accueil chaleureux et grande chambre propre et moderne . Récemment rénové On y reviendra assurément »

« accueil du personnel, propreté et confort de la chambre »

« Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, I had to use the towels not to be on direct contact with them...and nobody responded to help me or even apologize....i have never seen that and I travel a lot »

« Très bien Près de tout les services et restauration »

« Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet. »

« Grand et confortable appartement »

« Hôtel de la chaîne Hilton. Fait le job, mais sans plus. »
