The Space:

Snow drifts quietly through the evergreens as you return from a day in the mountains, cheeks rosy from the cold and boots left by the door. Inside, vaulted ceilings rise above you and the indoor fireplace casts a steady glow across the sunken living room. Evenings unfold at an easy pace - shared meals at the dining table, movies in the media room, and the hush of a Whistler night just beyond the windows.



Living spaces

The main level is designed for gathering. Exposed beams and large picture windows frame the alpine setting, while the sunken living area centers around the indoor fireplace - an inviting place to settle in after skiing or winter walks. A separate media room with a TV offers space for movie nights or quiet downtime. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in every season, and portable fans provide added flexibility.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, making it easy to cook and stay part of the conversation. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and cooking basics, it supports everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed evening meals. The dining table seats eight comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for morning coffee before heading out into the crisp mountain air.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering privacy from the main living spaces. The primary bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also includes a king bed, a TV, and its own ensuite with a glass shower. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin bunk bed and TV, well suited for children or additional guests. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves the upper level, and an additional bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor. In total, the home offers four bathrooms for added ease when traveling as a group.



Outdoor space

Glass sliding doors open to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. In winter, snowfall may limit extended outdoor use, but the space remains a refreshing place to step outside between adventures.



Practical comforts

The home includes washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, a safe, and an iron. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work, while self check-in with a lockbox and a private entrance add convenience. Free parking garage on premises provides secure vehicle storage.



Neighborhood

Located in Blueberry Hill near Alta Lake, you are just minutes from Whistler Village and Creekside. Enjoy the balance of peaceful residential surroundings and easy access to winter trails, village dining, and year-round mountain experiences before returning each evening to your quiet alpine base.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the main residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A single-car garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guest’s side of the garage or the home.

Just a short drive from both Whistler Village and Creekside, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and recreational activities.
