« We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :) »

« You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. « Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks. »

« I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it »

« The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. At one point, my son was locked out of his room due to a faulty door lock, and I couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. Thankfully, he was able to get in, but no...

« Convenient location and very nicely decorated space! I was very comfortable traveling alone with my dog at this space. One thing I did not realize upon checking in is that there is no check in desk, it is all online. This was nice! Great grounds for relaxing and pup walks. AC was ice cold and bedding was wonderful. My husbands wants to add that the water pressure (in the shower) was OUTSTANDING!!!! Will stay again;) »

Les propriétaires Bryan et sa femme sont extrèmement accueillants, chaleureux et serviables, les petits déjeunés trés bon et conviviaux!
